Raw chocolate contains all the good parts of natural cacao without the things we don’t
want: more minerals, no added sugar, endorphin creating properties whilst remaining
dairy and gluten-free.
Raw chocolate is produced below 42 degrees which preserves the many uplifting
properties and also the rich nutrient value (higher temperatures denature its structure
and deplete its value). The gourmet pleasure for chocolate lovers

Raw chocolate is high in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and has a velvety smooth
texture.
